PORTALJABAR, BANDUNG CITY - The Bandung City Regional Government has officially appointed 21 technical staff for Government Employees with Work Agreements (PPPK) formation in 2022 based on the results of optimization.

The inauguration was led by the Regional Secretary of Bandung City, Ema Sumarna at Bandung City Hall (1/2/2024).

A total of 21 technical personnel are at the Communication and Information Technology Service (Diskominfo), Water Resources and Highways Service (DSDABM), Housing and Settlement Area Service (DPKP), and Bandung City Transportation Service (Dishub).

"The Bandung City Government needs HR (Human Resources) who have the competence, capacity and capability to be able to help the wheels of government," said Ema on the sidelines of the inauguration.

He said, PPPK has direct competence in the field of expertise. This is to provide optimization for each Regional Apparatus Organization (OPD).

"Such as the supporting capacity of vehicle testing services placed at the Transportation Agency. There are several IT management skills at Diskominfo. This can support optimal acceleration of SPBE and Smart City services. This can certainly provide maximum contribution," he explained.

Ema hopes that the presence of PPPK will be able to improve services to the community with a target of 'zero complaints'.

"The problems in the city of Bandung are increasing, the consequences of presenting the community as a problem. "We hope that the city of Bandung will have zero complaints. The key is that the ASN attending must be professional," he stressed.

One of the PPPK inductees, Rahmat Pratama Putra, expressed his gratitude for the current inauguration. He who has been struggling all this time is getting good results

Now he is the first DSDABM Water Engineering Expert for Bandung City.

"Later, the work will include utilizing air such as making recharge ponds and so on," said Rahmat.

Before being appointed as ASN, he had worked at the Bandung City DPKP for two years. Because of this, he is currently gaining experience in the new service he is occupying.

"I was at DPKP for 2 years, then before that I was a Technical Facilitator at the PUPR Ministry," he said.

"Thank God, I hope that I am one of the ASN who can contribute a lot to society," he said.

In the same place, the First Expert of the Bandung City Diskominfo Computer Institution, Asmunanda Imam, felt happy about the achievements he has currently achieved as an ASN.
