BOGOR - In commemorating International Disability Day at the Bogor Regency level, the Indonesian Association of Disabled Persons (PPDI) Bogor Regency held an MSME Bazaar, art performances, social activities such as providing wheelchairs and hearing aids for people with disabilities, which took place at the Tegar Beriman Building, Regency Bogort, Tuesday (28/11/2023).

Chairman of the Bogor Regency PPDI, Erfandi, revealed that a number of activities were carried out to commemorate International Disability Day at the Bogor Regency level in 2023. Among them were a MSME Disability Bazaar, giving away 12 wheelchairs, hearing aids and dance performances and singing by people with disabilities or children. the child with special needed.

"We will hold this series of activities from 28 November 2023 to 4 December 2023, the highlight of the event will be held in the Bogor Regency DPRD Plenary Session Room, as a forum for them to be creative and introduce their strengths with all their limitations," he said.

According to him, the MSME bazaar will also display a number of products made by people with disabilities such as handicrafts, painting, culinary arts and others.

"Thank God, we have fostered around 250 MSMEs with disabilities spread across 40 sub-districts, including marketing, sales and packaging. We also encourage sales not only offline but also online," he said. (Diskominfo Bogor Regency/UPI)
