PORTALJABAR, DISTRICT. BOGOR - The Regional Government received a visit from Commission IX DPR RI in the context of a specific working visit regarding the Evaluation Related to Primary Service Integration in Bogor Regency which took place at the Cimandala Community Health Center, Sukaraja (29/11/2023).

Bogor Regency Secretariat Expert Staff, Makmur, said that the Bogor Regency Government continues to strive to improve the quality of health services and improve the level of public health through the Karsa Bogor Sehat program and the construction of health facilities and infrastructure.

There are 32 hospitals in Bogor Regency consisting of 1 vertical hospital, 4 regional hospitals, 1 Hassan Toto Air Force hospital and 26 private hospitals. Apart from that, there are 101 community health centers, of which 30 have inpatient facilities, 3 main clinics and 311 primary clinics with a total number of health workers of 12,600 people.

"Efforts to optimize health services to the community continue to be improved, even several programs in the Healthy Bogor Karsa include the Healthy Bogor Card, JKN Payments for the Poor for beneficiaries, 24 Hour Bogor Alert information services and the Gobest or Stunting-Free Bogor Regency program, optimizing posyandu services with "The number of cadres is 26,144 cadres. As well as facilitating the availability of standardized anthropometric equipment at posyandu," explained Makmur.

Furthermore, the Representative of Commission IX DPR RI, Alifuddin, explained that evaluation visits related to the integration of primary services were carried out not only in Bogor Regency, but also in Tangerang City and Bogor City as an effort to encourage improvements in health services for the community, considering that based on the data there is still a death rate for patients. pain is still high. Most of the deaths that occur in Indonesia come from disease cases and can be prevented. This shows that the role of health services is not strong enough in responding to health problems.

Alifudin continued, his party continues to encourage strengthening the role of health which has been carried out in nine provinces which represent urban and very remote rural characteristics, including South Sumatra, East Nusa Tenggara, Papua.

By involving three factors, namely the life cycle as a focus on health as well as a focus on strengthening integrated health services at the village and sub-district level.

"From the results of today's visit, health services in Bogor Regency are quite good, in terms of infrastructure and health workers, thank you for this very warm reception," he explained.

Then, Head of the Bogor District Health Service, Mike Kaltarina, added that based on the applications they have, 80 Community Health Centers already have medical equipment at more than 60 percent of the health equipment.

Specifically for maternal and child health, 40 units of ultrasound equipment have been equipped, for the elderly there are 40 to optimize services for the elderly, as well as a laboratory with microscopes totaling 79 units.

"We continue to improve services and infrastructure, not only in hospitals but also in Community Health Centers. We also always prioritize the safety of patients including operators and plan for the revitalization of Community Health Centers and Sub-Puskesmas. We are trying to do this in the context of integrating health services," he added.
