PORTALJABAR, BANDUNG CITY - The Bandung City Government is again holding a Car Free Day (CFD) on Jalan Ir. H. Juanda and Buahbatu, Sunday 3 March 2024. Residents enthusiastically welcomed the return of CFD after the Christmas and New Year 2024 holidays.

On Jalan Ir. H. Juanda, the people seemed to be enjoying the cool atmosphere and without vehicles. One of them, Fia, is a resident of Malang. He has lived in Bandung for more than a year as a student at the Bandung Institute of Technology (ITB) who is waiting for CFD to return to Bandung City.

"It's really serious. The problem is that previously I looked for CFD three times and it turned out to be zonk. Moreover, we like culinary, they say that Bandung culinary is delicious, so you can also exercise and look for delicious food," said Fia.

Wahyu, a student from Trenggalek, also expressed the same thing.

“Previously it was twice a month, and there wasn't any. "But now it's here again, so I'm really happy, I hope that CFD will come once a week," said Wahid.

Meanwhile, Guna, a resident of Bandung City, came to CFD Dago with his wife and children.

"I'm happy that CFD is back again. But it's a bit quiet now. Maybe it's because I'm on holiday. But I'm happy to be able to bring my wife and children here, look for delicious food and take photos," he said

He hopes that CFD can continue to be held because it can be a place for family recreation.
