PORTALJABAR, BANDUNG CITY - Parking for all types of vehicles at the Al Jabbar Grand Mosque (MRAJ) has been temporarily free since June 14, 2024 .

The free parking fee is related to the auction process for the new manager. The old parking manager MRAJ's contract expired on June 14.

"As of June 14, 2024 , the third party managing the MRAJ parking lot, namely the Kodim cooperative, has finished its contract period, so we will make it free of charge until there is a new manager from the auction results," said Deputy Secretary of the DKM of the Al Jabbar Grand Mosque, Dewi Sartika in Bandung City, Friday (6/14/2024).

"This is for all types of vehicles, both motorbikes and cars. If later there are those who collect, we will declare it illegal," he explained.

According to Dewi, the Saber Pungli Task Force was involved in the auction process for parking management at Al Jabbar to avoid irregularities.

"We involve Saber Pungli in this process to oversee the entire auction process until a new vendor is selected," he added.

Dewi also revealed that the dissemination of information regarding free parking was spread on all channels owned by the West Java Provincial Government, including the Sapawarga Super App.

"On all the channels that we have, so that all groups know and no one uses it irresponsibly," he concluded.
